Refund policy

At Play RNDS™, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or unwanted items.

All sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded unless required by applicable consumer law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within one hour of placing your order.

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has entered our fulfilment process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email playroundsuk@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at playroundsuk@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other suitable remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Please read SECTION 5 of our Terms of Service.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different product, a new order will need to be placed.

Refunds

As a general policy, Play RNDS™ does not offer refunds for completed purchases.

Refunds will only be considered where:

  • an order is successfully cancelled within the 15-minute cancellation window before fulfilment;

  • we are unable to fulfil your order; or

  • you are entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws (for example, where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described).

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
