What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Return Policy
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All PLAY RNDS™ purchases are considered final sale and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or unwanted items.
If you need to cancel an order, you may do so within one hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or fulfilled.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at playroundsuk@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or another suitable remedy in line with your statutory consumer rights.
